Charles Wayne Cochran

Charles Wayne Cochran of Florissant passed away on Sunday, July 23. He was 65. 

He was born on Nov. 11, 1951 in Doniphan  to the late Robert Eugene and Martha Evalyn Price Cochran. 

Charles is survived by three brothers, Norman Cochran and wife Jeanetta of Ironton, Daniel Cochran of Union, and Jerry Lee Cochran of St. Ann; three nieces, Paula Pannebecker and husband Terry of Ironton, Kimberly Tinnin and husband Brent of Farmington, Katie Crase and husband Shannon of Caledonia; one aunt, Eva Stroh of Flint, MI; cousins Scott Dale, David Dale, James Cochran; good friends Bob Ryan, Bill Pugh, Ricky and Dawn Womack, and many other family members and friends. 

Charles graduated from Ritenour High School, served his country with honor in the United States Army, worked construction as a carpenter for many years until he retired in the late 1990’s, and was an avid golfer. 

A memorial service was held to celebrate Charles’ life on Saturday, July 29 at 11 a.m. at the Cole Family Funeral Home.
