AVHS registration set

Arcadia Valley High School student registration days will provide the opportunity for students to have a smooth start to this school year.

This is different than the way the school has done it in the past. This will allow a student to have all registration requirements done before open house so on that night we can focus on meeting teachers and picking up Chromebooks.

The important next step in beginning the 2018-19 school year is to attend registration on the date for your grade level. This will be the only time for you to adjust your schedule this year.

We expect all students to attend to complete registration and verify your schedule. We would like parents to attend as well but the required forms were mailed home so that students can bring the forms signed by their parents and parents do not have to attend.

Typically registration should take about 10-15 minutes unless you would like a schedule change.  Schedule change times will depend on the number of students waiting to request changes. This will be the only time to make schedule changes this semester, so if you would like a change,  you must be prepared to wait if necessary.

Registration can be done any time between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. for each grade level.  The dates are as follows:

Seniors – Wednesday, August 1

Juniors –Thursday, August 2

Sophomores – Friday, August 3

Freshmen – Monday, August 6

Make Up Day – Tuesday, August 7

Each student that attends registration will not only complete these requirements before open house but will also be entered into a drawing for prizes that will be given out the first day of school.  The possibilities are: 2 Season passes for family members to all regular AV Sports events (this does not include tournaments), 4 Passes to the Arcadia Valley Thanksgiving Tournament, yearbooks, gift certificates and more! You must attend and complete registration to be eligible to win any prizes.

If you have questions about the registration process, please contact the AVHS office at 573-546-9700 x 3 after July 30.
