AV Country Church Tour set for Dec. 22

The First Annual Arcadia Valley Country Church Christmas Tour is set from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday, December 22.  It is hosted by the Arcadia Valley Ministerial Alliance and open to the public.

Those enjoying the tour may spend as much time as they wish at each stop, according to AVMA President, Pastor Danny Ray Chappell. Churches and ministries listed as participating include:

•DRC Ministries at The Showroom & The Hub Cafe

•Immanuel Lutheran Church

•Stout’s Creek Baptist Church

•AV Assembly of God

•First Baptist Church of Pilot Knob

•AV United Methodist Church Penuel Fellowship Church

•Ste. Marie Du Lac Catholic Church (closed during Mass, 5:15 p.m. - 6:15 p.m.)

According to Pastor Chappell, “The tour is basically an open house of all the participating churches in the Arcadia Valley. A map and addresses will be provided that will allow folks to tour the Valley’s magnificent and historical churches. From the oldest church, Immanuel Lutheran, to the newest ministry, DRC Ministries and the Showroom, there will be Christmas joy, peace, love displayed, refreshments to partake, and the Greatest Story of All to share, the Advent of our Lord Jesus Christ.”

Any Christian ministry or church in the Valley can participate. Contact the AVMA to to be a part of the Christmas Tour at:
