OR Library’s summer reading program begins

Readers of all ages will explore “A Universe of Stories,” with topics from space to science fiction and more this summer as the Ozark Regional Library presents its summer reading program.

A Kickoff Party will be held at the Ironton branch at 402 N. Main St. on Saturday, June 1, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Kickoff Party will include free barbecue provided by the Arcadia Valley BBQ Society, games, crafts, participatory art murals, and the first opportunity to sign up for the Summer Reading Program.  The event is open to everyone. All ages are welcome, from birth through adults.

In addition to the reading program, the library has other events planned for the summer including Story Time and STEAM activities for youth, Escape Rooms, Mad Science, and magicians, robotics activities, Sci-Fi Trivia and evening programs for adults exploring “A Universe of Stories” in our own backyard.
